At Palettetique, we want you to shop with complete confidence and peace of mind. If an item you purchased goes on sale or is offered at a lower price within 60 days of your original order date, you’re eligible for a price adjustment.
To request a price adjustment, simply contact our support team at support@palettetique.com with your order number and details of the price change. Once verified, we’ll refund the difference using your original payment method.
- The item must be the same style, color, and quantity as originally purchased. For orders containing multiple items, a proportional calculation will be applied.
- Price adjustments apply only to purchases made directly through Palettetique.com.
- Limited-time promotions, coupon codes, third-party marketplace sales, and final sale items are not eligible for price adjustments.
- Each order is eligible for one price adjustment only.
