1. Domestic Shipping, Exchange, and Return Policies

• We offer $3.99 flat rate USPS Ground Advantage/UniUni/DHL/FedEx (with tracking) on orders within the U.S.
• Free shipping for orders over $50
• Please refer to the "Processing and Delivery" section on the product page of each item for more accurate information about the delivery (Note: actual delivery dates cannot be guaranteed once shipped; please plan accordingly for gifts or time-sensitive orders.)
• Return: Customers must request a return within 7 days from the delivery date (including the date of delivery). Items must be in original condition, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. A $6.00 flat-rate return shipping fee per item applies, along with a 10% restocking fee. A return shipping label will be provided upon approval.
• Exchange: The same 7-day exchange window applies. A $6.00 flat-rate shipping fee +10% restocking covers both the return shipping label and the shipping for the exchanged item.
• Please refer to the checkout page for sales tax and related tax may applied.

2. International Shipping, Exchange, and Return Policies

• Currently we are accepting orders over 30 countries. We offer $3.99 flat rate on international orders.
• Free international shipping for orders over $50
• Please refer to the "Processing and Delivery" section on the product page of each item for more accurate information about the delivery (Note: actual delivery dates cannot be guaranteed once shipped; please plan accordingly for gifts or time-sensitive orders.)
• Return and Exchange: Customers must request a return within 7 days from the delivery date (including the date of delivery). Items must be in original condition, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. 10% restocking fee applies for return and exchange, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us.

• Approx. 8–12 business days delivery: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Czechia, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Croatia, Greece, Bulgaria, Hungary, Slovakia, Romania, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Slovenia, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.
• Approx. 5–8 business days: Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand.

3. Shipping Time and Order Tracking

• We typically process all orders within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details, allowing you to check the delivery status at any time.
• Please note that shipping and processing times may vary depending on the product and current order volume. We appreciate your patience and understanding, especially during peak seasons or special promotions.
• We operate warehouses in both the United States and PRC, and depending on product availability, your order will be shipped from the location closest to you whenever possible.

4. Payment Methods

5. Defective or Damaged Products
If your items arrive defective or damaged, please reach out to support@palettetique.com as soon as you receiving your package. Kindly include clear photos or videos of both the product and its packaging in your message. We're committed to resolving any issue promptly.
