Shipping and Return
- FREE SHIPPING: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $80. For orders under $80, a flat $3.99 shipping fee applies.
- RETURN/EXCHANGE: Please contact support@palettetique.com within 7 days of delivery (including the delivery date). A $6.00 return shipping plus 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund or exchange.
Customers outside of the U.S. are responsible for returning the product to our U.S. warehouse at your own cost. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund or exchange.

The wallet hand strap makes carrying the wallet so easy!
After receiving my order, I noticed that the leather is a little thin but after months my using it I was very surprised how of they hold up. Overall I gave it 5 stars because of how well it’s look and the durability.
Love the wallet and my daughter's are now eyeing it. I frequently change purses from larger to smaller and this allows me to use the same wallet even when use smaller crossbody type purses. Beautiful color and quality and fits quite a lot in a small package. Super convenient and highly recommend. Get the wrist strap....
Good quality and convenient
This strap is nice and roomy. It is soft and comfortable to wear when I just want to take my wallet. I’m glad I bought it to match my wallet.

Still have not received my order and I purchased on May 27 and I’m writing this review on July 1. If you plan to purchase from this company anticipate a long delivery time

Great little strap and I love the gold hardware. Was perfect to use on my little wallet I purchased from this strap. Have already recommended this company to my friends and family!
I can say I’m glad I purchased the strap along with the wallet, great quality and not to expensive.
Good addition to the wallet so you can attach a key and hook it on to the wallet and go.
