1. How It Works

• If an item you bought drops in price within 60 days of your order, including during a sale or promotion, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method.
• Applies to the same item in the same color.

2. How to Request

• Email support@palettetique.com with your order number and the item’s current price.
• Once confirmed, we’ll refund the difference.

3. Good to Know

• We compare what you paid (after discounts) with the new lower price.
  
• One adjustment per item. Gift cards excluded.
